The Original Delco 1109 Starter Was too Small For The Application and the End Results were Burned Armatures,Broken Armature Shafts, Fractured and Destroyed Drive and Pinion Assemblies.
BEFORE INSTALLATION OF REPLACEMENT STARTER
End Play of Crankshaft (Main Bearings), Flywheel Runout and Tightness of Flywheel Must Be Checked !!!!
